We pack every room — kitchen, bedrooms, living areas, closets — into labeled boxes organized by room. All materials supplied.

Partial Packing

Unpacking

Packing Service FAQs

How much does packing cost?
Packing is billed at $40/hr per mover on top of your base crew rate. For example, if you have a 2-mover crew adding packing, the combined rate is $115 (crew) + $80 (2 movers packing) = $195/hr. Materials are charged at cost separately.
Do you supply boxes and packing materials?
Yes. We bring standard moving boxes, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, and foam padding. Materials are charged at cost — we don't mark them up. You can also supply your own boxes if you prefer.
Can I only have certain rooms packed?
Absolutely. Partial packing is a common choice — many customers handle bedrooms and living areas themselves but ask us to pack the kitchen, artwork, or remaining items they haven't gotten to. Just tell us what you need when requesting a quote.
Will my boxes be labeled?
Yes. Every box we pack is labeled with the destination room and a general description of contents. This makes unpacking significantly faster and means your movers can place boxes directly in the right rooms.
Can packing be done on the same day as the move?
Yes. In most cases, packing on moving day is the most efficient approach — we pack as we go, load, and then unload at the destination. For larger homes or if you want everything packed before the truck arrives, we can schedule a packing session the day before. Discuss your preference when requesting a quote.
Do you do unpacking only, without a full move?
Yes. If you moved yourself or used a different company, we can come to your new home and unpack boxes, place items, and break down cardboard. This is billed at the same $40/hr per mover add-on rate on top of the base crew rate.
